About Sue

Sue Amerman lives in beautiful Randolph, NJ, a suburb of New York with her husband of over 40 years, Dr. Peter Amerman. Pete and Sue are the proud parents of two daughters, Rachel and Sarah, and grandparents to six boys and one girl. After more than 30 years as an elementary, pre-school teacher and an ABA classroom educator working with autistic children Sue retired. She has served in ministry in many capacities alongside her husband.

She enjoys teaching the Bible and loves women’s ministry.  In addition, she has seen a need to reach women in crisis and is currently leading a support group to help women find their strength and healing from a relationship with Jesus.

Life and ministry have taught Sue and Pete many things about the transforming power, love and mercy of God. They have walked through many trials but have always found Him faithful.

Sue brings a warm welcoming vulnerability to her teaching of God’s word. With her humble, relational spirit, Sue spotlights the attributes of Jesus using scripture and memorable visuals. Her compassion for women and her love for Jesus permeate her message, providing an invitation for both believers and unbelievers alike to learn more about Jesus.

Our ladies could not say enough positive things about Sue. Sue take’s God’s Word, teaches through it as she shares how God taught her and grew her and her family in some extremely difficult parts in their lives. She is so transparent as she shares her experiences and weaves God’s promises through these events, encouraging us who listen, that God can and will do the same for us.

Sue’s love for Jesus, her handling of the Word of God, her unique object lessons and the way she shared her heart with us touched our hearts deeply.
